Shared Story about Bullying

My story is a story that happens too a lot of kids. But I’m going to tell you what made me crack. I’m a 13 year old boy and was a new kid at Celina Middle School. Now this town was a place where my family had been prestigious. My first day I met Preston. Preston was this really nice kid, he volunteered to show me around the school. When he showed me around, everybody else was excluding me from everything. If it weren’t for Preston, I’d be that guy who always worked by himself. Then I met Michael. He was the most popular guy in school. He hated me. For really no reason, he just hated me. He said some things I can’t say on this website. Called me those things. The next year, I was ready for football. I’m a talented athlete, I’ve been to college mini camps for younger guys. But Michael complained to the coaches that he won’t play with me on A team. They didn’t care about some new kid, they wanted to keep their star running back on the team, so I got moved to B team. After football season, Michael hated me even more for tackling him in the A team vs. B team game. He said I embarrassed him in front of his girlfriend and that I should pay for it. The next day, him and his gang of friends pinned me down in the locker room and scratched my arm with a coin for a good 5 minutes. It left me with some explaining to my mom. I had to lie, because if she got involved in this, I would then have to get even more bullied. The next day, one of Michael’s friends, Foster, yelled out “go hang yourself Ross.” that’s when I thought about suiciding. Hanging, jumping off my roof, and shooting myself, I couldn’t force myself to do it. I finally told my mom about every thing. For the next three days I was afraid to go to school. When I went back, Preston had completely joined in with Michael. He called me a name and I went straight to the nurses office and faked a stomachache. I ditched school for the next 2 weeks and then my parents finally did something. I am now transferred to another school and I have lots of friends. But what really ticked me off is that no one stood up for me, for what’s right.
